Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EFT Buddy for your organization's internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
Your purchase includes one year of business hour support and updates. Optional full-service support contracts are available for an annual fee. Support is provided by email, phone, or remote session as needed.
EFT Buddy comes with a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If we cannot support your accounting software, you will not be charged.
EFT Buddy operates locally on your computer. All sensitive data is encrypted and never leaves your device, except for optional vendor email notifications. We do not collect, sell, or share your data. For support purposes, data is encrypted with a double key using your password and support key. If you prefer to remove the second decryption key let us know.
You are responsible for safeguarding your license, ensuring your system meets requirements, and using the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and banking regulations.
EFT Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated. In no event shall the developers or distributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
